Gateshead Inner West PCN is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our established team at Glenpark Medical Practice. The role is part-time (0.5 FTE considered) with patient-facing duties, including telephone consultations and in-person clinics within the inner Gateshead area.
The successful candidate will optimise medicines use, support clinical staff, and contribute to QOF and enhanced services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across GP practices.
