About the Role

Noise and anti‑social behaviour are a key cause of requests for help received by the team. You will focus on the team’s response to the investigation of neighbour noise and anti‑social behaviour complaints, working with homeowners, tenants, landlords, other Council services and organisations outside of the Council to resolve complaints.
