The Head Teacher and Governors of Falla Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking, creative and motivated Teaching Assistant to work with children with SEND both in groups and on a 1:1 basis. We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who:

  • Can assist teachers with teaching in class
  • Can work with SEND children both in small groups and also 1:1
  • Has experience of working with children with a variety of needs, including Autism
  • Are able to work as part of a team
  • Are able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues
  • Are flexible, hard-working and have a positive attitude
  • Has high expectations of themselves, for the children and our community
