Supervisory Assistant
Grade B, £4,955 - £4,973 (depending upon length of service)
Part Time - 7hrs 30 minutes per week term time only
Fixed Term pending a restructure of our lunchtime provision (to start as soon as possible).
The Head Teacher and Governors of Falla Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children during the daily lunch break.
You should:
- Have experience of working with children
- Have empathy and understanding of the personal and social needs of young children
- Be familiar with games and activities for primary age children and able to lead these outdoors
- Relate well to children and be able to build positive relationships with them
- Be able to work effectively as part of the staff team
Working hours are 11.45am – 1.15pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (7 hours and 30 mins per week). We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible. Our school is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people. If you are successful, you will have to apply for an enhanced Disclosure.
