We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our paediatric occupational therapy team at The Grove. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to work independently while delivering high‑quality patient care and supporting the equipment pathway for children and young people.
Responsibilities
- Undertake clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner under the guidance of the clinical service lead.
- Develop and implement high standards of clinical care that are needs‑led, compliant with national guidance, and positively received by service users.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of service users and implement tailored treatment plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and deliver expert clinical care as an autonomous practitioner.
- Proven experience in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy treatments for a specialist caseload.
- Skilled in managing the acquisition and provision of paediatric occupational therapy equipment, ensuring effective collaboration with schools and local authorities.
