The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint one suitably qualified and motivated HLTA to join our inclusive and forward looking school.
You will;
- have an ability to demonstrate excellent and inclusive classroom practice which promotes good progress and improves all children’s wellbeing and achievement,
- be able to demonstrate understanding of the needs of children and families from across all backgrounds
- have evidence to show an understanding of primary education; EYFS and KS1 and 2 national curriculum delivery
- be able to show how they have contributed positively within a school setting,
- have a desire to work closely with a range of skilled professionals and with children’s families to achieve the best outcomes for them,
- be a committed team member,
