The Head Teacher and Governors of Falla Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking, creative and motivated Teaching Assistant to work with our Early Years children.
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who:
- has experience of working in Early Years
- has experience of working with children with a variety of needs, including Autism
- has a good understanding of child development
- is able to work as part of a team
- is able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues and make positive relationships
- is flexible, hardworking and has a positive attitude
- has high expectations of themselves, for the children and our community
