Gateshead Council is seeking an experienced Early Years teacher to support children with emerging SEND needs within the Early Years Assessment Provision. You will deliver outstanding teaching, specialist assessment and targeted interventions, collaborating with families, schools and multi-disciplinary teams to identify needs early and provide the right support.
You will lead differentiated learning, monitor progress using EYFS frameworks and contribute to ongoing service development, with flexi-time.
