Gateshead Council is seeking a Development Officer to assist in managing and developing systems for Revenues, Benefits and Social Care Finance. Reporting to the Development Manager, you will work with colleagues across the Development Team to ensure systems meet current and future service needs while delivering high‑quality support for users and customers.
You will handle system data, support upgrades, contribute to projects, and share knowledge through training and learning materials.
