The Head Teacher and Governors of Fell Dyke Community Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated Class Teacher to join our ambitious school commencing September 2026.

We have a dedicated and supportive staff team within our 1.5 form entry school who work closely to provide excellent learning opportunities for our amazing children.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher with excellent subject knowledge across the Primary Curriculum. This person must be passionate about ensuring children achieve their full potential and recognising the significance of the role they play in this. A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development is a must, as is continuously displaying the highest of professional standards.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some track record of excellent teaching. We define excellent teaching as consistently good (or better). Communication with parents and professionals is a major part of a class teacher’s life at Fell Dyke: excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a high level of personal confidence are expected.

High quality in‑service training and support is provided to all staff, regardless of experience, to support their professional development.

Visits: Monday 1st June, 4pm; Tuesday 2nd June, 9.15am & 4pm.
