We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainer/Assessor (fixed term) to join our growing team at Gateshead College. Key Responsibilities
As a Trainer / Assessor you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning sessions
- Carry out regular one-to-one reviews with learners
- Monitor progress and provide timely feedback
- Maintain strong relationships with employers and line managers
- Ensure learners are prepared for their End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Support learners with career progression and employability skills
