Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring information is accurate and compliant?
We're looking for two Student Records Administrators to join our Funding and Data team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data and systems and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
In this role, you'll support the management of student and curriculum records, ensuring data is processed accurately and in line with funding, audit and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with curriculum teams and external partners, helping to maintain high standards of data quality across the College.
What you'll be doing
- Checking enrolment and learner evidence packs to ensure compliance with funding regulations.
- Maintaining accurate student records, including enrolments, achievements, withdrawals and completions.
- Monitoring data quality and undertaking follow-up actions where required.
- Supporting curriculum teams and external partners with student records processes.
- Ensuring records and documentation are stored securely and can be easily retrieved when needed.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who:
- Has excellent administration, organisation and communication skills.
- Has a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using IT systems and databases.
- Can work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
- Has the ability to understand and interpret complex rules and regulations.
- Holds a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and maths.
