We’re on the lookout for a proactive and collaborative team member to join our Business Development Team. As the first point of contact for all employer enquiries, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every employer receives a timely, professional and friendly response. You’ll support the team by providing high‑quality administrative and customer service support to the Employment Placement and Employer Engagement Advisors, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for employers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for employer enquiries via phone, Teams and email, responding promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent administrative support to the Business Development Team, including preparing job descriptions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting documentation processes.
- Support employers with the creation and management of their Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) adverts.
- Assist with the logistics and planning of internal and employer‑facing events, ensuring smooth organisation and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with employers and internal curriculum teams to support their training and apprenticeship needs.
You’ll be a brilliant communicator who thrives in a team environment, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. A good understanding of the apprenticeship process would be advantageous, but more importantly, you’ll be proactive, adaptable and passionate about supporting learners and employers across the North East.
We are offering full‑time hours with the added benefit of one remote working day per week. This is a fixed‑term contract until December 2026.
