As Director of Curriculum and Skills, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of Gateshead College. Reporting to the Deputy Principal, Learning & Partnership, you will lead the development of a diverse curriculum and skills offer, ensuring it is ambitious, relevant, and responsive to the needs of learners, employers, and the region.
You will be committed to continually driving innovation, leading employer engagement within curriculum design, apprenticeships and skills‑based programs, whilst supporting our dedicated staff in delivering innovative teaching and training methods that deliver tangible outcomes for learners.
