A brilliant opportunity has become available to join our Student Admissions Team as an Admissions and Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administration duties as part of the admissions process for our courses.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, committed to providing outstanding customer service to prospective students. The role involves liaising with customers and providing information, advice, and guidance on courses. The candidate should be confident in handling customer queries and working with stakeholders including managers, staff, students, and external organizations.
- Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in functional skills (literacy and numeracy).
- Hold or be working towards an IT qualification at least Level 2 or equivalent experience.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area or significant relevant experience.
- Demonstrate a positive approach to personal development and continuous skills updating.
