We are seeking a highly motivated, engaging and customer service driven individual, who is a passionate foodie. Gates Farm Shop has a focus within the Garden Centre, offering the finest produce, sourced locally wherever possible.
Duties include:
- Giving first class customer service skills to our customers
- Putting stock out and ensuring it is well presented
- Maintaining great shopfloor standards to give our customers the best shopping experience
- Processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Helping customers with queries
- Handling deliveries
- Excellent product knowledge in order to advise and answer customer queries
About you:
- You will have retail experience and a passion for excellent customer service
- A confident communicator, who can interact with customers and pass on product knowledge where appropriate
- Comfortable working as part of a team, whilst showing an outgoing and energetic personality
- You will be approachable, friendly and presentable
- Be flexible during busy periods, including major holidays
