This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours a week. We offer a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £38,000 - £55,000 (depends on experience and productivity), plus a generous uncapped bonus scheme and overtime opportunities for those who wish to work additional hours.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out inspections, repairs and services to high standards within scheduled times, meeting company and franchise standards.
- Ensure all Vehicle Health Checks are completed accurately.
- Take responsibility for ensuring all jobs are completed to a good standard.
- Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
- Adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
- Work effectively within a team.
- MOT Card preferable but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
