Vehicle Technician / Mechanic in Stevenage – full-time permanent role. 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £38,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience and productivity level), plus a generous uncapped bonus scheme with opportunities for overtime for those who wish to work additional hours. Benefits include a £2,000 joining bonus, 25 Days Holiday Allowance, Company Pension Scheme, Staff Discount on Vehicles and Servicing, Career Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections, repairs and services to the highest standards within scheduled times, meeting company and franchise standards.
- Ensure all Vehicle Health Checks are completed accurately.
- Take responsibility for ensuring all jobs are completed to a good standard.
- Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
- Adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
- Work effectively within a team.
- MOT Card preferable but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
