Maintenance person required to carry out general jobs around the dealership including decorating, ground maintenance and building maintenance and repair. Key responsibility is ensuring consistent standard of presentation throughout all staff and customer areas on a large site.
Main duties will include:
- Maintenance of green areas, grass cutting, general interior/exterior cleanliness.
- Routine upkeep of dealership lighting and building maintenance.
- Ad-hoc projects also likely to be required to suit the changing needs of the business.
Experience in a trade such as carpentry, plumbing, building or roofing would be advantageous. The ability to work at height is a requirement (subject to certification). A full UK driving licence is essential.
