Responsibilities include:

  • Support creating warehouse tasks for shipping.
  • Print labels for shipments; manage replenishment and inventory of GM and Renault labelling.
  • Manage key customers, customer packaging and KLTs; ordering, inventory management and replenishment.
  • Inward goods booking in; end pieces replenishment and inventory.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Manage customer portal.

  • Requires specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
  • Applies knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to achieve objectives.
  • Provides solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures.
  • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; recommends changes to improve efficiency.
  • Explains job specific information.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience. Provides informal guidance and support to team members.

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • No degree requirements.
  • At least Standard Grade level (or equivalent) education plus relevant experience within a customer service environment.
  • Must have logical and methodical way of working to facilitate cross-over between correspondents.
  • Must be able to always communicate effectively and professionally.
