The company specializes in the manufacture of rubber‑based industrial products. As part of Gates’ global industrial network, the Dumfries site contributes to a company employing over 400 people in the UK.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage customer deliveries and communications.
- Create production orders and issue plans to production.
- Support creating warehouse tasks for shipping.
- Print labels for shipments; manage replenishment and inventory of GM and Renault labelling.
- Manage key customers, customer packaging and KLTs; ordering, inventory management and replenishment.
- Inward goods booking in; end pieces replenishment and inventory.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Manage customer portal.
