Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manufacturing, assembly and testing of hoses.
- Operating all related equipment and machines.
- Production of raw materials (pre-production).
- Any other duties as required by your supervisor.
- Strict adherence to all SOP’s and working practices.
Quality
- To comply with ISO 9001 & API Q1 standards ensuring that all works data is sufficiently recorded and updated, and all work procedures are kept and adhered to.
- To ensure all product manufactured is to the agreed specification / acceptable standard.
- To report product and process related Non-Conformities.
Safety
- To comply with company Health & Safety standards and company policies.
- To wear, always, correct PPE.
- Ensuring machines and work area are kept clean and tidy.
Keys to Success
- Successful completion of training period within production section, in line with SOP instructions.

- Manually dextrous
- Well organised
- A good sense of urgency and timekeeping

- Previous experience as operator in industry desired but not essential
