Our Client in the South is looking for an Interim Strategic Investment Partnership advisor. This is an initial three-month contract, working two days per week. This is a senior, commercially focused role sitting within a Regeneration, Culture & Environment directorate. The role will drive the client's strategic investment and regeneration agenda by developing and promoting a commercially focused Investment Strategy and Prospectus aimed at attracting significant private-sector investment into a defined pipeline of opportunities.
You will lead on structuring and negotiating innovative funding solutions, including public–private partnerships and refinancing arrangements, working closely with institutional investors and leveraging senior relationships across government, business and regional networks to support long-term growth and impact.
