We are seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director to join our board and to chair our Risk and Audit Management Committee. This pivotal role calls for a strategic and commercially astute leader with deep expertise in governance, finance, and risk. As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight on matters of strategy, performance, and risk, helping to shape DHU’s future while ensuring robust financial stewardship and the delivery of safe, patient‑centred services.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with recent senior finance leadership experience, a proven track record of delivering results in complex organisations, and preferably with experience as a non‑executive director. You will bring inclusive leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to make challenging decisions that support long‑term strategic goals. Your entrepreneurial mindset and ability to influence at Board level will be key as DHU continues to grow and make a meaningful impact in the communities it serves.
