Provide expertise in financial accounting and audit; recognised qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIPFA, CIMA) and senior level experience in a regulated environment. Expertise in enterprise risk, internal audit or risk oversight, ideally from a regulated or asset‑intensive sector. Ability to operate at a strategic level, absorb and interpret complex information, and contribute as a strong team player motivated by social purpose. Previous committee experience is helpful but not essential.
Estimated time commitment: roughly one day a month.
