Following the planned retirement of our current post holder, we are now seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Finance and Treasury to help us deliver on our ambitions. As a strategic leader with commercial astuteness and a people-focused approach, you will ensure finance is a proactive enabler of growth and transformation, providing trusted advice to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team. You’ll lead on financial strategy, governance, and funding solutions that support our mission and long-term sustainability, while inspiring and empowering your teams to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s financial strategy, governance, and funding solutions.
- Provide trusted financial advice to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team.
- Manage risk, financial performance, and strategic investments to support growth.
- Inspire and empower finance teams to deliver excellence.
