Overview
In this role you will provide strategic academic leadership to shape RADA’s educational mission and artistic identity, safeguarding quality while evolving offerings for greater relevance. You will lead across the academic portfolio, aligning teaching, research and industry engagement to a shared purpose. You’ll drive continuous improvement, collaborate across the Academy, and help develop innovations such as digital performance and new forms of creative practice. You will also expand external partnerships to boost reach, influence and student outcomes.
