We are looking for an interim Director of Business Transformation to take a pivotal role in delivering an ambitious programme that will shape the future of how shared corporate services operate across multiple public sector organisations. This is a chance to lead change, to drive innovation and continuous improvement across a range of professional services, and to shape the future of service delivery at a strategic level.
What we are looking for:
- Significant expertise in shared services and transformation within the public sector and a proven track record of delivering best practice.
- Proven experience building and developing shared services across complex, multi-organisation environments.
- A strong track record of leading structural and cross-organisational change while maintaining momentum for service improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to drive transformational change, and make a lasting impact across multiple public sector organisations. This role is to start at the end of February / early March and is a hybrid role with 3 days per week working on site.
