This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad and influential executive portfolio spanning Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Governance and Business Assurance. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive, you will play a central role in shaping organisational strategy, supporting investment and growth opportunities, strengthening resilience and ensuring outstanding governance and financial stewardship. You will work closely with the Board, Executive Team colleagues and key stakeholders to drive performance, enable innovation and ensure long-term sustainability and exceptional tenant and customer outcomes.
We are seeking an inspirational and collaborative leader who combines commercial acumen with a strong social purpose. A qualified finance professional (CCAB or CIMA), you will bring significant senior leadership experience, Board-level credibility and expertise across finance, governance and organisational assurance within a complex environment. Equally important is your ability to build trusted relationships, lead and develop high-performing teams, embrace innovation and create a culture where people can thrive. Whether your experience has been gained within social housing or another regulated sector, you will be motivated by the opportunity to help define the future direction of a purpose-driven organisation.
