GatenbySanderson is partnering with a housing association in the South of England to recruit an Interim Head of People and Culture. This fixed-term position will report to the Executive Director Transformation and is responsible for both the strategic people leadership and the daily operation of both HR and Health and Safety functions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will be available to commence a new role from early June
- Must have experience leading the People function in a non-profit housing provider
- 8+ years in a senior HR leadership role
- Experience of culture transformation
- CIPD accreditation (level 7 preferred)
- Excellent tech literacy, a familiarity with modern HRIS platforms and an understanding of how AI is reshaping HR tasks
- Governance and compliance experience in UK employment rights
- Experience with the oversight of health and safety
