We are working with a housing association client to find an interim Head of People and Culture. This role is to start immediately and will be required for up to 6 months, working full time or 4 days per week with 3 days per week working on site. This role is based in Devon.

The client is interested in candidates who have previously operated at Head of HR level in a public sector organisation. The interim will be engaged on a fixed term contract with a salary of £80k (pro rata to the period of the contract).
