About the Role

We are partnering with a small affordable housing developer to appoint an Interim Head of Housing Services for up to six months. This hands-on role requires social housing experience, ideally with a registered provider. The successful candidate will manage relationships with the management company and local authority while overseeing:

• Annual rent reviews
• Planned maintenance and responsive repairs
• Housing stock, property portfolio and assets
• Income collection and allocations
• Customer engagement

This is an operational, not strategic, role and requires a commitment to two days per week on-site in London.
