We are working with a UK university that is seeking an experienced admissions professional to lead and enhance its admissions function. This interim role offers the opportunity to drive strategic improvements and ensure a high quality admissions experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Admissions Team to deliver an efficient, student focused service
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across admissions processes
Advise senior leadership on student administration and systems
Ensure compliance with UCAS, OfS, UKVI, and CMA regulations
Lead change and transformation aligned with sector best practice
The Ideal Candidate:
Extensive senior level experience in UK and international HE admissions
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and student recruitment
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
