We are currently assisting a Local Authority in the North in their search for an experienced ERP Business Change Lead to drive the people and organisational change elements of a major ERP transformation programme covering Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll .
You will lead the development and delivery of the change strategy, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, teams are prepared for new ways of working, and the organisation is ready for a successful ERP implementation.

Responsibilities: Lead business change, organisational readiness and adoption activities.
Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Drive stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship.
Support operating model design, workforce transition and capability development.
Establish readiness frameworks, change networks and benefits tracking.
Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Essential
Experience: Proven experience leading business change for large-scale ERP programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and organisational change expertise.
Experience across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll transformation.
Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
Experience working within Local Government or a similarly complex, large-scale organisation.
