Role: Interim Director of Income Generation
Remuneration: Β£80,000-Β£95,000 per annum (or day rate equivalent)
Contract: c. 6 months
Start: Early October
Location: Remote contract, with some travel requirements
GatenbySanderson is delighted to be supporting a national organisation seeking an experienced Interim Director of Income Generation to join its senior leadership team during a period of growth and development.
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership across fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships and wider income generation activity, whilst supporting and developing an established team.
We're particularly interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate:
β’ A successful track record of delivering income growth across multiple funding streams.
β’ Experience leading fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships and income generation functions.
β’ Strong leadership credentials and experience operating at senior executive level.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credible relationships with senior leaders, funders and partners.
β’ Confidence as a public speaker, presenter and ambassador, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of audiences.
β’ Commercial acumen combined with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
This opportunity is likely to suit experienced interim leaders, consultants between assignments, or individuals who are immediately available and able to start at short notice.
