Our client, a leading charity specializing in providing Care & Health Support for children with learning difficulties, are looking to appoint an Interim Director of Children’s Health & Care for a period of up to 6 months , whilst they recruit to the role on a permanent basis. The role will require the person to have an extensive amount of experience leading a similar children’s social Care & Health charity or children’s residential home, strong operational leadership experience to include, in depth knowledge of pre Ofsted inspection preparation, post Ofsted recovery. Providing Management and leadership support, to 7 different Residential homes and their managers who lead these homes, to provide rigour and challenge where required. You will be required to be onsite at the various locations , accommodation support can be provided. Candidates that can offer part time will also be considered.
