About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking leader to take on the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer for a statutory regulator. This is a pivotal leadership position at the heart of public protection.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and resilient leader who brings:

• A proven track record of executive leadership in complex, regulated environments.
• Demonstrable experience in strategic leadership, organisational transformation, and delivering high performance.
• A strong understanding of public protection and statutory regulation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and impact.
• Deep knowledge of governance, accountability, and regulatory assurance, including experience reporting to a board or council.
