Interim Analytics Manager (South East)

Interim Analytics Lead – Healthcare Organisation, South East of England – Start ASAP – circa 6-Months – Band 8b

We are supporting a healthcare organisation based in the South East of England with their search for an Interim Analytics Lead. This role is expected to start as soon as possible and will run for approximately 6-months, ideally on a full-time basis. This Band 8b level position falls inside IR35, and the client prefers candidates to be available for a fixed-term contract. Some on-site presence will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

The Interim Analytics Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading the provision of an effective, efficient, and well-coordinated Business Intelligence (BI) function
• Strengthening the organisation’s BI function, by providing insight and in-depth analysis that is required to support key business decisions
• Responding to national policy changes (identifying and adapting potential opportunities and solutions)
• Supporting and enhancing the organisation’s relationships across the system
• Helping to develop key stakeholder relationships
• Supporting the organisation through a significant transformation and turnaround

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Notable experience of a similar analytics role within the NHS (this is very desirable)
• A background of utilising, manipulating, and interpreting NHS data
• A proven success in data analysis including advanced Power BI/Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server skills
• An excellent understanding of NHS Information Governance and regulatory needs
