We are now looking for an exceptional Executive Director of People, Technology & Transformation to play a critical role in our next phase of growth and transformation. This Executive role is pivotal to delivering Saxon Weald’s corporate plan, focused on “delivering better together” through stronger leadership, a customer‑first culture, and smarter use of technology and data.

You will lead a high‑impact portfolio spanning people and culture, technology and transformation, driving strategy, modernising digital and data capability and leading enterprise‑wide change, so the organisation can deliver better homes, services and outcomes for its customers. You will combine strategic vision with delivery focus, ensuring Saxon Weald is equipped with the capabilities, systems and culture needed to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

About You

You are a credible and experienced executive leader with a strong track record of operating at senior level, leading transformation and shaping people strategies in complex, regulated environments. With a deep understanding of digital and data, you combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver, build trust and influence at all levels. Resilient and adaptable, you thrive in ambiguity and lead with an inclusive, values‑driven approach.
