Are you a commercially driven leader with deep experience in the UK healthcare landscape? Join Learna, a fast-growing and mission-led digital education company, as we expand our impact across the NHS and UK health sector through strategic partnerships.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of NHS and UK Partnerships to lead our engagement with the NHS and broader UK healthcare ecosystem. This pivotal role will drive commercial growth by developing scalable, mission-aligned partnerships that support workforce development through

Learna’s postgraduate, diploma, and CPD programmes.

From collaborating with NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems to partnering with private healthcare providers and professional bodies, this is an exciting opportunity to shape Learna’s domestic presence and accelerate our reach across the UK.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering Learna’s national B2B engagement strategy, identifying market needs, building strategic relationships, and securing high-value, long-term agreements. You’ll also represent Learna in external forums and policy conversations, positioning us as a trusted and innovative partner in UK health education.

You’ll bring proven experience of selling into the NHS, a strong understanding of NHS structures and procurement processes, and a track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, craft compelling propositions, and close impactful deals will be key to success.
