x2 Interim Directors of People and Culture – NHS Organisation, London – Start ASAP – circa 3-6 Months – VSM
We are currently working with an NHS organisation based in London, who are looking for two new Interim Directors of People and Culture.
These roles are looking to start ASAP and will be for circa 3-6 months whilst they recruit substantively. These Interim Directors of People and Culture positions will ideally be performed on a full-time basis. Regarding remuneration, these roles fall inside IR35 and are band VSM (preferably via a Fixed Term Contract). In addition, the successful candidates would be expected to have weekly on-site presence.
Job Roles – key duties will include:
- Job 1 – the organisation require support post-merger with things like consultations.
- Job 2 – the organisation require someone with a strong culture change and OD background.
Successful candidates will need to have worked similar roles previously. They are looking for someone who has a well-established HR background of working at or near Board level for a Healthcare organisation.
