This is a fantastic opportunity to join the senior leadership team of the Trust as Executive Director of Finance and Resources, providing strategic direction and leadership of the Trust’s finances, whilst also transforming how we operate across a range of corporate services. We are seeking someone who is team focused, with a track record of working collaboratively, but most importantly has an absolute commitment to delivering excellent finance and resources management and direction that empowers the Trust to deliver what matters most - great outcomes for the children, young people, and families of Bradford.
This is a unique role for a visionary and dynamic individual to join our organisation, contributing to the great progress we are making and striving for excellence. Your experience in strategic financial leadership and developing solutions will support leaders to safely transform how we deliver services, improving outcomes whilst reducing operational costs. We are seeking someone who brings a wealth of financial leadership experience, with an understanding of the context in which the Trust operates. Continuous improvement is central to how we work and we need leaders who can inspire and guide us on this journey, working collaboratively with our many partners and helping to lead the Trust as an independent organisation.
