Overview
In this executive role, you will shape the organisation’s strategy and lead financial stewardship across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Governance and Assurance. You will partner with the Board and senior colleagues to drive investment, growth and resilience while ensuring excellent governance and sustainable performance. You’ll influence decision-making across a purpose-driven housing group, balancing commercial acumen with social impact. This is a collaborative, values-led opportunity to shape the future direction of a recognised housing provider and deliver outstanding outcomes for tenants and communities.

Key requirements
- Qualified finance professional (CCAB or CIMA)
- Significant senior leadership experience
- Board-level credibility and governance expertise
- Experience across finance, governance and organisational assurance
- Ability to build relationships and lead diverse teams
