We are currently assisting a Local Authority in the North in their search for an experienced
ERP Business Change Lead to drive the people and organisational change elements of a major ERP transformation programme covering
Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll .
You will lead the development and delivery of the change strategy, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, teams are prepared for new ways of working, and the organisation is ready for a successful ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business change, organisational readiness and adoption activities.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship.
- Support operating model design, workforce transition and capability development.
- Establish readiness frameworks, change networks and benefits tracking.
- Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading business change for large-scale ERP programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational change expertise.
- Experience across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll transformation.
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
- Experience working within Local Government or a similarly complex, large-scale organisation.
