We are supporting a public sector organisation who is seeking an experienced Adult Education Professional to support a strategic review of its Adult learning and skills provision.

This 3–6 month contract opportunity, operating inside IR35, offers hybrid working and will focus on evaluating existing programmes, assessing participation and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape future delivery arrangements.

The successful candidate will work with a range of stakeholders to provide recommendations that support a sustainable and effective adult education offer.

Applicants should have a background in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Skills, Employability, or Further Education, with experience delivering service reviews, transformation initiatives, or operational improvement programmes.
