Mae Awdurdod Tomenni Nas Defnyddir Cymru yn cael ei sefydlu o dan Ddeddf Tomenni Mwyngloddiau a Chwareli Nas Defnyddir (Cymru) 2025 i ddarparu arweinyddiaeth genedlaethol ar gyfer diogelwch, rheoli a rheoleiddio tomenni nas defnyddir.
