Citizen is seeking an inspirational Director of Building Safety to join its senior leadership team and drive the strategic direction of building safety, compliance and health and safety across its large housing portfolio in the West Midlands.
You will lead safety assurance, shape long-term strategy, advise the Board and Executive Team, and foster continuous improvement and accountability across the organisation.
