We are now seeking three exceptional new Non-Executive Directors to join our highly committed Board. This is an exciting and pivotal time to join #TeamCRH and to provide scrutiny as we focus on delivering the ambitions of our new strategy.
You will bring your experience to support our board in ensuring long-term financial sustainability, overseeing major transformation, and ensuring that we meet the challenges and opportunities presented by a rapidly evolving health and care landscape.
We are seeking leaders with:
- a proven track record of operating at board level in large and complex environments,
- a strong track record of partnership working,
- strong governance credentials, and
- strategic insight.
In two of these appointments, we are looking for individuals with significant financial leadership experience with the credibility to chair our Finance & Performance and Audit Committees. In the third role, we welcome candidates with broad and relevant experience of leading significant organisational transformation at board level.
Whilst NHS experience is not essential, previous or current experience as a Non-Executive Director in the public, private, or not-for-profit sector is highly desirable. Above all, you should demonstrate strong alignment with our values; bringing a genuine commitment to high-quality patient care and colleague experience with an understanding of our diverse communities.
