We are supporting a public sector organisation through a major transformation programme and are looking to speak with experienced Business Analysts for three contract opportunities starting in early August.
We're particularly interested in Business Analysts with expertise in HR Transformation. Successful candidates will have 5+ years' experience in Senior Business Analyst roles within the public sector, a strong track record of:
- Leading process mapping and redesign
- Facilitating workshops
- Gathering and analysing requirements
- Managing senior stakeholders
- Identifying and tracking benefits throughout complex transformation programmes
Experience within Local Government or the wider Public Sector would be highly desirable. This is an initial 6-month engagement paying c£500 per day, with hybrid working arrangements.
