We are looking for an interim HR Director for a non-departmental public body. This is a 12-month role to start as soon as possible. As part of the SLT and reporting to the Chief Executive, the interim HR Director will lead a small team and play a vital role in shaping and delivering the people strategy, enabling a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
This is a hybrid role with an average of 2 days per week spent working on site in either Birmingham or Cardiff. The client is looking for an experienced HR Director with a background in the civil service or the wider public sector. The interim will be engaged on a fixed term contract with a salary of £80k.
